Booking Information

Most commonly we are asked to meet, greet and interact with your guests and provide amazing photo opportunities. At bigger events, we can organise a march along a suitable route in the venue.


What We Need From You

Lead-Times: Generally one month's notice of the event (minimum) is requested.

Detail: Provide a brief description of the event, venue, address, date, times, and any specific character requests.

Logistics: We require a secure changing area where the public cannot see us. Tables are very helpful. We also appreciate basic refreshments.

What Does It Cost?

The 501st Legion is a not-for-profit organization. For commercial/corporate events, we ask for a donation to charity in the name of the ISG. For non-commercial charity/community events, we do not ask for a donation.
